OmegaPrax Dental Account Information
Our Account Manager allows the user to systematically group related
Patients into one Master Account. It will allow the user to set up Account defaults
that will be used for each Patient/Account Member. It can be the starting point
for adding, editing and deleting Account Members, and you will also be able to view
the overall financial status of the Account and launch the Account Ledger. The Account
Ledger allows you to view and edit all ledger activity of all Account Members. For
more flexibility and ease of use, we have comprised a filtering component that will
allow the user to filter the ledger on transaction type.
The Account Ledger will all Transaction Type Filtering
- Charges
- Payments
- Adjustments
- Special Charges
- Notes
- Pre-Authorizations
From the Account Ledger you can Add,Edit or Delete the following transaction types:
- Charges (By Visit or Stand Alone)
- Payments
- Adjustments
- Notes
Patient Information
Our Patient Manager allows the user to maintain many different types
of information about each Patient such as Demographic, Account Responsibilities,
Insurance, Medical, Subscriber, Tooth Extraction History as well as Patient Notes.
From here you can also launch the Patient Ledger, which will allow you to view and
edit all ledger activity of the specific Patient. For more flexibility and ease
of use, we have comprised a filtering component that will allow the user to filter
the ledger on transaction type.
