OmegaPrax Dental Billing Manager
With our Billing Manager, we give the user great flexibility with regards to how
the accounts are selected for processing. As you can see, we have options that include
Insurance Status, Account Name Range and Account Status. Other options let you filter
on Account statement printed status. If you desire, you can also include Accounts
that have a Zero Balance. Additionally, a fast search option lets you type the Account
number or Name and it will quickly find that Account.
We also allow the system to store messages that will print on each statement based
on their current status:
- Current
- Over 30
- Over 60
- Over 90
- Over 120
Other options from the Billing Manager include:
- Age Accounts
- Edit Account Information
- View Account Ledger
Also provided are two different statement types:
You can select all accounts or just a few, the choice is yours! If you wish, you
can enter Account Statement Notes that will override the above messages to give
you even more flexibility.
