Our Claims Manager may be one of our best features. Choosing claims you wish to view is very easy and flexible. When it is first opened, you will be presented with a list of both electronic and pre-authorization claims that have been entered that day. At this point you have many options. As you filter and select the claims to work with, you will also see vital stats concerning these claims. As you can see, we give you all the tools you need to manage and process your insurance claims!

Our Filter Options are as follows:

  • Payment Type (Claims, Pre-Authorization or Both)
  • Claim Status (Open, Closed or Both)
  • Insurance Company (All or Selected)
  • Electronic Routing (Clearinghouse)
  • Delivery Type (Electronic, Paper or Both)
  • Claim Type (Dental or Medical)
  • Printed Status
  • Sent Status
  • Secondary Claims
  • Resubmission Claims

All filters are based on a date range. This can be the Claim Date, Printed or Sent Date.
