This agreement is quite simple. As long as you are on time with your payments,
we will support you and provide you with updates. If you are late, we reserve
the right to stop supporting you and no longer allow you to send your dental claims
to Claims Midwest. Pretty Simple. Even if you decide you don't want
the monthly obligation any more, you have a high quality practice management system
and can still pay for updates and support on an as needed basis.

If your referral ends up purchasing our software, you will receive $ 200.00.
There is no limit so if you refer 5 other dentist to our software that end up making
a purchase, you will have paid for your own purchase.

Free Upgrades and Support only if you meet the following conditions:
We can access your Computer System through the Internet or through a local land
line
We can send e-mails to your office with patches and updates or You can access our
web-site and download patches and updates
Any time spent accessing your Computer System that requires
long distance service will be billed at our normal hourly rate.
Updates that have to be mailed will incur a shipping and handling charge.
Phone support only will not be billed. |
