OmegaBill Dental will all you to take 1 or many patients and associate them to a Household Account. Each one of these accounts can have one of many responsible parties which allows us to do Responsible Party billing. OmegaPrax Dental allows for two types of ledgers. One at the Patient Level and the other at the Account Level. From the Patient Ledger, you can view all of the Charges, Adjustments and Payments associated with just that Patient. At the Account Ledger, you can view all transactions for every member of the Household Account.
The OmegaPrax Account Ledger allows you to see all of the transactions associated to every member that is a part of the Household Account. It gives you the ability to add Charges, Payments, Adjustments, Late Fees, NSF Charges, Special Charge, Refunds and Notes that can show up on the Responsible Party Statement.
The OmegaPrax Patient Ledger allows you to see all of the transactions associated to a particular member. It gives you the ability to add Charges, Payments, Adjustments, Late Fees, NSF Charges, Special Charge, Refunds and Notes that can show up on the Responsible Party Statement.
The OmegaPrax Billing Manager gives the user great flexibility with regards to how the accounts are selected for processing. As you can see, we have options that include Insurance Status, Responsible Party Name Range and Account Status. Other options let you filter on Statement printed status. If you desire, you can also include Accounts that have a Zero Balance. Additionally, a fast search option lets you type the Account number or Responsible Party Name and it will quickly find that Account.
